Our Vacation Bible School program was a great success. We
averaged 85 each day during the week. Thanks to Darla Tuttrup and
all of here crew for all the hard work they put into making this an
awesome week.
We recently received a check for $15.20 from the Ecyle Group for the
inkjets we sent in. We recently sent more inkjets and laser
cartridges to them. Please keep those inkjets and laser cartridges
coming in. All proceeds go to our building fund.
New adult membership class starting in September - call Pastor
Diamond for details or email him at greatgod@earthlink.net.
The COFFEE FELLOWSHIP HOUR SIGN-UP SHEET is posted in the
narthex. Coffee hour for the summer will take place each week, so
we need volunteers. Coffee, tea, drink mixes & paper good are
supplied. Volunteers needed to set up the coffee pot, provide snacks
and milk, and then clean up. This is a great time to catch up with
your fellow Reddemerites and enjoy some refreshments. I would
like to encourage each member to help out during the year. Any
questions can be directed to Debbie Henriksen, (973) 398-3172.
To reach the REDEEMER PRAYER CHAIN, call Phyllis Carstens, (973)
383-7103, or Sue Bridenbaugh, (973) 383-7060, at any time. Prayer
requests are always confidential.
Please save your inkjet cartridges, toner cartridges, old cell phones
& blackberries and leave them in the church office (don't forget to ask
co-workers to give you theirs also). We can raise money from these
used items. We recently received $16.75 from recycled inkjets we
sent in. Another box has just been sent off. We are also collecting
ink toners from laser jets. All proceeds will be given to our building
fund.
Just a reminder for anyone interested in having their information put

To our friend and Redeemer,
The children and I so appreciate the tribute you paid
to Ronald when so many made the trip over to attend
the viewing. Some we have known since the early
days when Redeemer’s services were held in the
Grange Hall in Newton. And others we have grown to
know through the years. We appreciate also those
who sent cards and phoned. It was such a comfort to
see each of you and to hear from each of you. We
thank you so much.
Ron and I have always felt blessed that we have
been a part of such a faithful and Christ centered
Church. Where we learned that Christ is our
personal Savior and are assured of life everlasting.
In His name,
Betty Halpin and family
